President Rupiah Banda Has Made Changes To his Government at Deputy Ministerial and Permanent Secretary level.
The President has transferred Southern Province Minister, Daniel Munkombwe, to the Office of the Vice President as a Deputy Minister.
Mr. Munkombwe will takes over from Mr. Guston Sichilima, who has been transferred to the Ministry of Home Affairs in the same capacity
