In a statement to MUVI TV News, Joint Government Investigations Team Public Relations Officer, Namukolo Munyeme Kasumpa names the duo as Enock Longwani aged 36 of Boma Compound, an assistant Project Officer at Nyimba Farmers Association, and Michael Chuzu, aged 27 also an employee of the association.
They have been jointly charged with theft by servant and obtaining money by false pretences.
