Lusaka residents should brace themselves for unpredictable water supply.
This follows the continued water rationing program which was instituted in the second half of 2015 by Lusaka Water and Sewerage Company, to ensure equitable distribution of water to all its customers.
Lusaka Water and Sewerage Company Public Relations Officer Nshamba Muzungu, explains that this means there will be reduced supply hours of water.
He says water rationing was instituted in view of the reduced water production capacity.
Mr. Muzungu however says the Water utility firm is confident that it will address the operational challenges that are within its control to ensure more stability and predictability of service delivery to its customers.
