Government’s failure to make a clear position on exorbitant rental charges at Lusaka’s Manda Hill has saddened some tenants at the shopping Mall.
The tenants, some of whom are forced to maintain their shops owing to loan obtained using their businesses as collateral say failure by government to give direction on this matter is depressing.
They say even their efforts to write to the ministry of commerce for intervention, has proved futile.
