The number of traders who have been swindled in the Presidential Empowerment Programe has increased.
The alleged swindlers are reportedly to have also targeted villages where they collected money from unsuspecting and traders.
In Chief Nyamphande’s area, several traders are also affected and are now stuck with no hopes of claiming back the money.
And Simon Zulu, a PF official in Msanzala Constituency has disclosed that he was sent by Petauke District commissioner Velenasi Moyo to collect money from the people on but that he is surprised that the loans have not been given to the traders.
