The electorate in Chipulukusu in Ndola have urged winning candidates in today’s election not to take their votes for granted by fulfilling their campaign promises. The residents have asked the candidates to work on completing Chipulukusu secondary school and creation of markets among other amenities that have been lacking in the densely populated compound.
Meanwhile, long queues characterized most polling stations as Zambians were deciding in this year’s general elections.
