Chawama Ward two councilor Leonard Sikombe has urged former Spar Chawama Management to pay terminal benefits for its former workers.Mr. Sikombe says he has received numerous complaints from Chawama spar ex-workers that they have not been paid their terminal benefits and gratuity following the sudden closure of the outlet two months ago.Meanwhile Mr Sikommbe has also warned new spar Chawama Management against casualization.
