More than five parastatal companies have been cited for failure to pay statutory obligations to the Zambia Revenue Authority ZRA and the National Pension Scheme Authority NAPSA.
Among the companies are Nitrogen Chemicals of Zambia, the Zambia State Insurance Cooperation ZISC, the Chambeshi Water and Sewerage Company and the Tanzania Zambia Railways Authority.
More than One Million Kwacha supposed to have been remitted to NAPSA and ZRA has not been paid.
This is according to the 2015 audit report.
