A Lusaka City Council Public Health Officer has been suspended for allegedly conducting a one man inspection of erring bars in Kalingalinga compound.
The council official identified as Ian Mwango was also demanding free beer from unsuspecting bar owners during his ill-fated inspection exercise.
Lusaka City Council Public Relations Manager Habenzu Mulunda has described the behavior of the officer as disappointing.
