The Zambia United Local Authorities Workers Union-ZULWAU has expressed concern over continued intimidation of workers in councils.
Union Deputy General Secretary Emmanuel Mwinsa says management’s continued intimidation should be condemned as it is aimed at weakening the labour movement.
Mr. Mwinsa says the scramble for resources between policy makers and managers in the local authorities has led to lack of service delivery in communities.
