Govt’s 2016 Collective Agreement Expires With No Promised Pay Raise

The 2016 collective agreement that gave government workers less than 20 percent salary increment has expired.
The agreement which was recently extended has expired without any promised pay raise.
Union leaders are still left guessing on what government’s ultimate position is.
