Investigations On Illegal Mining At Kasenseli Must Stay Afloat- RPP

Republican Progressive Party-RPP says investigations into alleged illegal mining activities at Kasenseli Mine in Mwinilunga district of North western province should not die a natural death.

Party Vice President, Lesley Chikuse says the party is impressed that the Anti-Corruption commission is seemingly on track in following up the matter.

Mr. Chikuse has appealed to the investigative wings to bring to book all those involved in the illegal mining in order to send a stern warning to would be offender.

Recently, some Patriotic Front members in North Western province were arrested in connection with illegal mining at Kasenseli Mine.
