Zambia’s Education Sector Continues To Face Challenges

Zambia’s Education Sector has continued to face challenges with pupils learning while sitting on the floor.
Manyama School in Kalumbila District is one such school where pupils have been learning without desks for the past two years.
School Head Teacher Mike kale says running a school with little resources especially in the rural area is a daunting task.
Mr. Kale says the school has now decided to take things personal by using initiative of making school desks using lobbied or user fees.
Manyama School caters for both Primary and Secondary school in Kalumbila District is seriously shortage of desks.
