UPND Munali Seat Losing Candidate Rejects 3 Con-Court Judges In Her Case

UPND Munali losing parliamentary candidate in the 2016 elections, Doreen Mwamba has rejected a three panel of constitutional court judges to hear her appeal.
Mwamba wants constitutional Court President Hildah Chibomba to be part of the panel.
A three member panel which showed up to hear the appeal includes constitutional court vice president Annie Sitali and members Mungeni Mulenga as well as Enoch Mulembe.
And UPND Itezhi-Tezhi Member of Parliament Hebert Shabula says he should not be held accountable for the statement issued by one of the panelists during a radio program that led to the nullification of his seat.
Mr. Shabula says he is not obliged by law to retract or dissociate himself from the offensive words made by another person.
