Lunga Expectant Mothers Facing Challenges In Accessing Anti-Natal Services

Expectant mothers in Lunga District of Luapula Province have complained of failure to access anti-natal services due to the incomplete maternity wing at Kasoma Lunga Rural Health Center.
The mothers have also complained of inadequate water transport to ferry them to the nearest health center.
They have also complained of inadequate space at the health center.
But Luapula Province Health Director Dr. Peter Bwalya was quick to say the maternity wing under construction will be completed by the end of this month.
