Distances Denying Manyinga Residents Access To Health

Residents of Chikenge ward in Manyinga district in North Western Province have cried foul over the long distances they have to travel to access health services.
They say the nearest clinic is located about 35 kilometers making it difficult to carry patients.
And Area councilor, Kelvin Sakatende says expectant mothers are delivering at home due to the long distance to the health centre.
He has since appealed to authorities to consider sending mobile health service to area even twice a week.
