Thief Snatches Mobile Phone From Patient

An unidentified man has been beaten and dragged to police by some Lusaka residents after he stole a mobile phone from a patient admitted to Levy Mwanawasa General Hospital.
The man took advantage of the visiting hour to steal the phone which was charging beside a male patient’s bed.
He was however spotted by another patient within the ward raised alarm.
The patient owner of the phone jumped out of bed and pursue the suspected thief, forcing onlookers within the hospital to pounce on the man.
