AG’S Report Reveals ERB’S Failure to Collect K54 Million License Fees

The 2015 Auditor General’s Report has revealed that the Energy Regulation Board failed to collect license fees amounting to over 54 million kwacha.
The debt has tripled since 2014 to August 2016.
The report further states that ZESCO limited is owing 95 percent of the debt.
Meanwhile the ministry of education is also said to have made a questionable payment towards the construction a wall fence.
