Court Sets Date For Ndola’s Dola Hill Land Ruling

The Kitwe High Court has set November 25 as date for ruling on the order to set aside writ of possession for irregularity that allowed the demolition of Ronald Kombe’s structure in Ndola.
Mr. Kombe is arguing that the demolition of his property by a Chinese firm, Mineral Junxion and Transport was executed on a wrong plot.
