Public Transporters Against Phasing Out Of Mini Buses

The Bus and Taxi Owners Association of Zambia has rejected plans to phase out smaller buses.
Lusaka Province Association Chairman, Justin Chabala, the plans will plunge the country into higher unemployment levels.
Government this week through Transport Minister, Brian Mushimba, revealed plans to phase out mini buses, as one way to decongest traffic in major cities and towns.
