Mulusa Explains Govt’s Failure To Complete Projects

National Development and Planning Minister Lucky Mulusa has attributed the failure to finish some projects embarked upon by government to the thin distribution of resources.
Mr Mulusa says government committed itself by embarking on so many projects which led to the resources being spread thinly resulting in cost escalations.Mr Mulusa, however, says those projects which were 80 percent done were completed after they took stock of projects under construction.
