State Closes Mwaliteta Aggravated Robbery Case

The state has closed its case in a matter in which former Lusaka Province Minister,
Obvious Mwaliteta and five others are charged with aggravated robbery.
Testifying before Lusaka High Court Judge Mwape Bowa, Masoka Nyirenda an acting application manager at MTN says the police were availed information relating to the accused in December 2016 and not August.
Mr Nyirenda says this is because the system at MTN does not record conversations nor text messages therefore the nature of the conversation among the accused persons cannot be determined.
