Nakachinda Appeals To President Lungu To Intervene In Nevers Mumba Arrest In Congo

Movement for Multi-Party Democracy -MMD National Secretary, Raphael Nakachinda is calling on President Edgar Lungu to intervene in the arrest of Nevers Mumba in the Democratic Republic of Congo -DRC.

Mr. Nakachinda says the relationship between Zambia and DRC is at stake because of the development, hence calling for immediate dialogue between the two nations.

He explains that it is only right for the President to negotiate for Doctor Mumba’s return to Zambia so that he can be tried from his own country.

Mr. Nakachinda was speaking to Muvi tv news during a media engagement in Lusaka.
