Pedestrians Along The Newly Constructed Nangwenya Road Call For Road Signs And Speed Humps

Pedestrians along the newly constructed Nangwenya road in Lusaka’s Mass-media area have called for a quick set up of road signs and speed humps.

The road which is just a year old has so far recorded about six accidents due to lack of road signs.

On Monday, the road recorded another accident after a vehicle which was avoiding another vehicle careered off the road and landed into the drainage, damaging a streetlight pole.

Local government Minister Charles Banda has since promised to send engineers on site to inspect the curve.
