Acting Livingstone District Commissioner-DC, Harriet Kawina has urged well-wishers to ta keen interest in helping children born with special needs.
Ms. Kawina says in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic it is important for organizations to help the vulnerable.
Meanwhile, Response Networks Director, Mutukwa Matengenya says children born with special needs require relief programs improve their livelihood.
