The National Pensions Scheme Authority -NAPSA- has paid out about 12.3 million Kwacha since the commencement of the twenty percent partial withdrawal.

The move comes after the signing of the NAPSA amendment bill 2023 by President Hakainde Hichlema.

NAPSA offices, including the headquarters, have been characterized with long queues of people trying to access their monies.

A check at NAPSA Head Office in Lusaka, found scores of people who had been on the queue as early as 04 hrs, Monday Morning.

However those spoken to have bemoaned the slow pace at which service is being delivered.
